Inside our factory
Every great space begins as a sketch. At B2W Greens, it ends on our shop floor. Our manufacturing facility at Manesar is where sheet metal is cut by light, bent to the millimetre and finished to last, and where boards become furniture through CNC precision and skilled hands.
We don't just source furniture and fixtures. We engineer them, build them and inspect them under one roof, so the product you approve on paper is exactly the product that arrives on site.

The metal shop
Precision forged in light and force
Strength is designed in, not added on. Mild steel, SS 304 and aluminium enter as flat sheet and leave as wall bays, gondolas, frames and fixtures built to carry real weight, day after day.
Fibre laser cutting
A focused beam traces intricate patterns with clean edges and minimal wastage, from perforated panels to brand-specific cut-outs.
CNC press brakes
Computer-controlled bending gives every angle and profile the same accuracy, from the first part to the five-hundredth.
MIG/TIG welding stations
Strong, neat joints for frames and load-bearing structures.
Grinding and deburring
Smooth, safe edges before any finish goes on.
Powder coating plant
Durable epoxy finishes in your brand colours, with PVD finishes available for a premium metallic look.
The wood shop
Craftsmanship, repeated perfectly
Wood brings warmth to a space; machines bring consistency to wood. A reception counter in Mumbai matches its twin in Guwahati down to the last edge.
CNC panel and beam saws
Optimised cutting plans that get the most out of every board and keep tolerances tight.
CNC routers and nesting
Complex shapes, grooves and cut-outs, machined straight from the design file.
Edge banding
Clean, sealed edges that look sharp and resist daily wear.
CNC boring and multi-boring
Precise, repeatable holes for fast, accurate assembly on site.
Joinery machines
Planers, thicknessers, spindle moulders, tenoning and mortising machines for solid-wood work.
We work across: BWP and MR plywood, pre-laminated and HDHMR boards, natural veneers, and solid teak, ash and oak.
Finishing and upholstery
The details people remember
The first thing anyone touches is the finish. That's why the last stages of production get the same attention as the first.
PU spray booth and drying chamber
Smooth PU, melamine and Duco finishes, cured in a controlled environment for an even, lasting surface.
Upholstery workshop
Foam cutting, industrial sewing and pneumatic stapling bring lounge sofas, reception seating and breakout furniture to life.
Assembly and pre-fitting
Pieces are dry-fitted in the factory, so installation on site is quick, clean and predictable.

Every product passes multi-stage, in-line inspections and a final finish audit, checked for performance, durability, safety and appearance.
For specialised processes or peak demand, we work with carefully selected job-work partners. Their work runs under our engineering team's supervision and our own QA protocols, so the standard never changes, whoever's hands are on the job.
